How do I care for my products?

All our products are machine washable. Both our cotton products and our GO blankie should be washed in cold water with like colors and dried on a low heat setting. We also recommend washing products before using them for the first time.

Do you have a gift wrap option?

Yes, you can have your plum tot purchase gift wrapped. For just $3.00, our gift wrap option includes our signature green gift bag with brown tissue and a gift card with your own personal message. Simply add gift wrap to your shopping cart before checkout.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. (However, many orders are shipped the next business day).

How does shipping work?

Once your order is processed, it will be sent Priority mail through the US Postal Service and should take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive.

Shipping costs are as follows: $6.95 for orders up to $75 dollars and $13.95 for orders over $75.

Currently we only ship to the United States and Canada. If you would like to place an order to be sent to Canada, please contact us by phone or email before placing your order. Additional postage may apply.

When shopping, how is my personal information protected?

You can shop online with confidence. We currently use PayPal to process your Plum Tot order. This means that you can either pay with a credit card or use your PayPal account to pay for your Plum Tot purchase. Either way, your financial information is processed on the secure PayPal site.  PayPal is a leader in secure payment processing and adheres to strict industry standards.

Note:  When you go to check out, you will be directed to the PayPal site to either pay with a credit card or pay using your PayPal account. You will then be directed back to our website after your payment has been made.

Do we share your information?

Absolutely not. At plum tot, we respect your privacy. All personal information is treated confidentially and never shared with third parties.

How do returns and exchanges work?

If you purchased a plum tot product from one of our retailers, you will need to handle the return or exchange directly with the store where the purchase originated.

Online Returns: We will happily refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling) of any plum tot product within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused and include original tags and packaging. Please also include your personal contact information (email and phone number), a receipt, and a reason for the return. All sale purchases are final, no refunds or credits are available on those items.

Online Exchanges: If you would like to exchange one of our products for another, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused and include original tags and packaging. Please send the product with a note that includes your address and contact information (email and phone number), new product preference, and a check for $6.95 for shipping. If you have chosen a product with a higher price, please also include the price difference amount in your check.
