All our products are machine washable. Both our cotton products and our GO blankie should be washed in cold water with like colors and dried on a low heat setting. We also recommend washing products before using them for the first time.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. (However, many orders are shipped the next business day).
Once your order is processed, it will be sent Priority mail through the US Postal Service and should take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive.
Shipping costs are as follows: $6.95 for orders up to $75 dollars and $13.95 for orders over $75.

If you purchased a plum tot product from one of our retailers, you will need to handle the return or exchange directly with the store where the purchase originated.
Online Returns: We will happily refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling) of any plum tot product within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused and include original tags and packaging. Please also include your personal contact information (email and phone number), a receipt, and a reason for the return. All sale purchases are final, no refunds or credits are available on those items.
Online Exchanges: If you would like to exchange one of our products for another, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused and include original tags and packaging. Please send the product with a note that includes your address and contact information (email and phone number), new product preference, and a check for $6.95 for shipping. If you have chosen a product with a higher price, please also include the price difference amount in your check.
